General Schedule

Beginning of Month: Try to get quorum of people and assign meal dishes to bring
Night Before - I usually prepare the main dish at home, if people want to come over and help great!
5:15pm - 6'ish - I show up and start warming food in convection oven if needed
6:15pm - All meet in Kitchen, park in back or on side street might have to buzz a couple times to get attention
Call me at 612-859-3681 cell if you can't get in and I'll let you in
6:25pm-6:30 Start laying out food, turn off stove
6:30pm - 7:30pm - Serve food, grab a bite to eat and sit down and chat
7:15pm - 7:30pm - Clean up, wash dishes
7:30pm - 8pm - Leave if you want or stay and play game or talk with people
7:30'ish or 8ish - Triple Rock Social Club - Map - Socialize

Misc

Food
- Bring a dish to share - Mike will coordinate
- If you don't bring anything, donate to those that spent money on food
- If you don't bring anything, then come to hand out food and do dishes and talk to people

- Need for SMALL personal hygene items; small female hygene, toothpaste, chapstick, etc
- House items get donated to transitional housing
- Fill out donation sheet so they get matching funds
