• Some suggestions for poster/website.

• - Best prize could go to the person who raised the most money, incentive.
• - sponsorship form should be easier for people to get, forms online in .pdf and Word (along with a release form)
• - I agree with the higher registration fee and sponsorship rates
• - Online have a link to a map next to address, VE is difficult to find for first timers

• Questions:
• Did VE agree to give out shoes, harnesses for climbers?   
• Is VE providing the "safety instruction" or are they allowing us to do it? 
• 
  
• Wasn't able to go to the meeting and not sure when we will have the next so thought I would mention a couple of things I thought of.
• Should we ask REI and Galyan's if we could hang out at their climbing walls and promote Climb for the Cure. 
• Send posters and forms up to the Duluth VE?  They get some Twin Cities 'Tourist'.
