Rental Description:

Spacious private living area for rent in large, single-family home in Apple Valley near Cedar and County 42. The room is located downstairs and is approx 12'x12' = 144 sq feet. You will also have another 12'x9' = 110 sq. ft of office space with built in desk. They are both carpeted. You will have electric heat that you control and air-conditioning in summer. You will have your own private bath along with finished basement living room area. You will have your own refrigerator and electric stove in your space for small meals (upstairs kitchen is obviously shared). Rent is $520/month including all utilities. Phone not included.

House is owner-occupied. I am a 49 year old, single male, computer consultant who enjoys outdoor sports (rock climbing and running). Due to my work and travel, there are many days and evenings when I am not home so you will often have the house to yourself. I run my business out of my home so I must insist on mutual respect for our privacy and property.

A compatible roommate should be honest, clean, quiet, and responsible. Graduate students or professionals would be comfortable in this environment and are preferred.
