MCA will definitely take money from you for bolts and dedicating routes to those you love. All this money is used to buy bolts and glue for bolts and no other activity unless you specifically say otherwise. 

This is some examples of what people give:

$250 - Choose a name for a route that I established and am selling naming privileges. This
           name will live FOREVER!!!!! See Sax Wall - Sandstone
$100 - Sponsor a route - Buy equipment to rebolt a complete route 8 bolts and 1 anchor system
          - See Example
$50   - Dedicate a route - Dedicate any route in Minnesota to a love one - As long as I continue to
           pay my Web host your loved ones will live on!!!! See Example
$35   - Cost for 1 anchor system
$20   - Some people hand me $20 anonymously because I'm a great guy!!!
$ 8    - Cost to place 1 bolt - includes bolt, glue, drill
